Al Mouj Muscat unveils Golf Beach Residences gated neighbourhood

Al Mouj Muscat has announced the launch a new gated neighbourhood. The company, which is a JV between Omran, Tanmia and Majid Al Futtaim Properties, states that Golf Beach Residences comprises a limited collection of villas with an incomparable location and vibrant and luxurious oceanfront lifestyle.
According to a statement, the release of the northern section of Golf Beach Residences offers six-bedroom homes located within the Shatti District and within walking distance of the Golf District and Al Mouj Golf course. The 5-Star St. Regis Resort can also be reached via boulevards and landscaped walkways, the firm noted.
Al Mouj Muscat stated that three distinct property types are being developed and that each is designed to maximise natural light, with an abundance of space inside and out. It also said that every home is enhanced through contemporary design, modern features and meticulous design details as well as electric car charging points.
